First, we identify the fault: the initial diagnostics cost 10 €, and you will receive an answer within 1–2 business days. Then we agree on the price and the timeframe, and we carry out the repair only with your consent. What we repair
We mainly work with phones, laptops and desktop computers and TVs. We also repair coffee machines, electric scooters and gaming computers.

Is it worth repairing, or is it better to buy a new one
The answer depends on the fault, not just on the age of the device. Diagnostics determine the exact cause, and afterwards you receive a price and the available options. We carry out repairs only with your consent.
The price varies greatly depending on the nature of the fault. For example, a TV’s „Software update or restoration” starts from 25 €, while a panel (screen) replacement starts from 150 €. Therefore, before deciding whether to repair, it is worth knowing the actual fault.
Before bringing in your device, back up the most important data, provided the device still turns on.
Prices and warranty
It is difficult to give an exact price over the phone: two identical devices can fail for completely different reasons. That is why we first carry out the initial diagnostics for 10 €, and afterwards we tell you the price and the timeframe. There are no hidden fees.
This page shows only „from” prices for some services; phone repair prices are not listed here, as they are determined after diagnostics. A warranty is provided for completed repair work. Our technicians have more than 10 years of experience.

Frequently asked questions about equipment repair
How much does diagnostics cost?
Initial diagnostics costs €10 for all devices. The fault is identified within 1–2 business days, after which we tell you the repair price and timeframe.
How much does phone or computer repair cost?
The price depends on the fault and the model, so we give it after diagnostics. We do not list phone repair prices on this page. Computer examples: dust cleaning and thermal paste replacement start from €35, and laptop screen replacement labour starts from €70.
Will you repair my device without my consent?
No. The price and timeframe are agreed in advance, and the repair starts only once you have given your consent.
Is a warranty provided for the work?
Yes, a warranty is provided for the repair work performed.
When are the service centres open, and can I visit at weekends?
All service centres in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai are open Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00. They are closed at weekends.
What should I do if I do not live in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Šiauliai?
Call the nearest service centre and describe the problem. The technicians will tell you what is worth checking and how best to proceed.
