Simply come to the nearest service point during opening hours. If you are unsure whether the fault is worth repairing, call first – the technician will tell you what to expect. It is worth bringing with you:

  • the device itself and, if you have them, its charger or other accessories related to the fault;
  • a short description of when and how the fault appeared (for example, „after a drop” or „after moisture exposure”);
  • the unlock code of the phone or computer, if it is needed for the inspection;
  • a backup of important data, if you have had time to make one.

Before bringing in your phone or computer, make a backup of your photos and documents – we explain how to do this in the article on transferring phone data.
